YAG Laser

The YAG laser is used to treat several serious eye conditions. A laser iridotomy is done to treat narrow angle glaucoma. A posterior capsulotomy is a non-invasive laser procedure to eliminate the cloudiness that occasionally interferes with a patient's vision after cataract surgery.

Why we've invested in the YAG Laser

• The YAG laser is an important method of treatment for a number of serious eye conditions.
• We feel it is very important to have this technology readily available for our patients.
• Treatments are performed in a specially equipped laser room in our Clinic. It does not require a hospital or surgery center.
